 Slate Digital Virtual Mix Rack 

Virtual Mix bus by slate digital gives some best and great effective plugin to make your drums hit hard and your vocals shine and pop out of mix. In this mix rack you get channel strips options ,compresson options ,Filter option and many more. There are very effective plugin with this rack but in my openion these plugin are not named as common name like Strip channel/compress etc which make it somewhat difficult for us to uderstand the use of plugin . To use it more fast and in easy way you have to first get user manual to read or be habitaul of using this plugin.

An overview of Slate Digital mix rack Plugins :

• Harmonics : Under harmonic section you will get three styles of saturation plugin those are named as VTC London  , VTC NewYork , VTC Hollywood . London Style saturation gives you vitage tube type warm and bold sound . New York style of saturation is more aggresive in mid and tighter in lows as it is based on vintage tube circuit .Hollywood style of saturation is my favourate saturation plugin as it adds up some air/hight to shine with depth and excitement. It gives your track smile and shine.
• Channel strip and compression : Under EQ section you ger  FG 401.It is a channel compressor which is designed/coded by classic british console channel compressor. FG S is one of the favourate channel strip plugin I like as it looks similar to the ssl channel strip , it gives mid band that fatness to make your sound bit heavier and make your drums sound heavier. If you are looking for heavy copression ratio you can choose FG 116 compressor ,it has four option to choose compression ratio 4 , 8 , 12 ,20.
• Eiosis air/earth eq -There is eq which which have tow option to switch between air and earth filter. If you choose Air filter it will high cut your sound and if you choose Earth filter it will low cut your sound.
