Niky romero kisckstart by cableguys is best plugin for side chaining your sounds. Nicky Romero has really easy and interactive interface to put up on any sound and understand what plugin does. If you are not familier with the word sidechaining or you dont want to put any effort on doing side chaining just use this plugin. This plugin has really great options and indepth information of plugin is given below.
Overview of Plugin :
- When you look at plugin's top you will find step/snap to grid option .Options are 1/8 , 1/4 , 1/2 , 1/1.
- When you look at the bottom of the plugin you will find style to side chain tour sound. You can either cut most of the transient of tail to beat mix your sound.
- In between of these two option you will find the actual transient being sidechained. There are about 16 style to sidechain.
- At left side of the plugin you will find a big mix knob where you can use parallel mixing to mix dry and wet sound.
My Review on this plugin:
In my openion if you are new to side chaining concept you can use this plugin . This plugin has realy good and easy interface. There are not 1 or 2 preset to side chain but you have 16 range of option to choose .Choose any option which fits your mix and sounds great. This plugin great and CPU friendly.
